ARRIVAL:

DEPARTURE:

We want you to relax and have peace of mind during your stay!

As of Saturday May 1, 2021, The Governor of Nevada has increased restrictions on capacity at no more than 80% and reduced the social distancing guideline from 6ft to 3ft.  We are spacing out and blocking off some pool and lazy river lounge chairs so our guests can ensure safe social distancing, while guests can use the hot tubs we recommend that you use the hot tubs with your party only.

As a reminder in an effort to keep our Owners, guests, and employees safe it is mandated to wear a face covering in all public areas. This is in pursuant of the Declaration of Emergency Directive 024 Section 12. With that, face coverings must be worn at all times at the resort for the safety of our guests and employees.

Our role to you and our community is to keep everyone safe and healthy. While we continue to follow the CDC as well as our state’s guideline, we’ve imposed additional measures below to keep our commitment towards a safe and healthy vacation.

Effective June 26, 2020, In order for Nevada to stay safe and open it is mandated to wear face covering in all public areas. This is in pursuant of the Declaration of Emergency Directive 024 Section 12
Front Desk and Concierge areas will be fitted with plexiglass acrylic screens and safety distance markers on the floor.
Keys and high-contact surfaces such as lobby access doors, stairway banisters, elevator buttons, desks, door handles and floors will be disinfected regularly.
In your room you will notice our proof of "cleaned and sanitized" stickers in high contact areas
We recommend to only ride the elevator with the people in your party.
Please continue to practice 3ft of social distancing between each other on all public areas in our property such as our walkways, hallways and lobbies.
In alignment with governmental guidelines we are only able to occupy the pool area at 80% occupancy at this time. Pool admittance will be on a "first come, first served" basis.
All employees are participating in ongoing training to ensure the health and safety measures are upheld and to protect the health of our guests.
Room assignments will be done to allow for better social distancing efforts.
